History The Courier Jenny Molloy Mr Downing's Head

THE COURIER

"Promise me this, Helena. Your next paranoid fantasy? Make it an easier one."

I, Peter Carter, being of sound mind, do hereby dictate my last will and testament.
To my ex-wife Alexandria, I leave my shirt, on which she has had designs these
past nine years.
To my son, Jason, who is nothing more than a waste of the air he displaces with
his presence, and who through not having been in touch for more than 8 years will
have no knowledge of my death, I leave the following:

My head.

This item is to be removed from my body and couriered to him, guaranteed delivery.
Hopefully, the shock will kill the little shit.

Written by Jon Thrower

Helena stands on the edge of insanity, and the edge of the building, facing a three storey drop to the pavement below. She can't tolerate the people she believes are pursuing her day and night. Jason, her boyfriend, knows this is an illusion.

Unfortunately, Marcus Dowry is trying to deliver a parcel to him. He is no ordinary courier. Nothing will stop him until he has Jason's signature on the receipt.

Jason's dilemma is simple: how do you react when the demons in someone else's imagination, decide to come after you instead?
